TIDE’s VISION is an equitable school community whose representation, policies, practices, and curriculum honor and reflect its many diverse stakeholders.
TIDE’s MISSION is to ensure that all stakeholders within our schools are treated inclusively, fairly, and with dignity. Through working with students, communities, and schools, TIDE will raise awareness, build relationships, foster dialogue, educate for equity, and advocate for changes to curriculum, policy and practice.
